As AKPRO Mühendislik İnş. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (the “Company”), acting as data controller under the Turkish
Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), we process the personal
data you share through the contact form within the scope described below.
Data processed
Name, company, phone, email, message content and any files you upload.
Purpose of processing
Your data is processed solely to assess your request, to contact you and to fulfil
legal obligations. It is not used for marketing and is not shared with third parties
for commercial purposes.
Method of collection and legal basis
The data is collected electronically through the website form, based on the legal
grounds of KVKK Art. 5/2-(c) (conclusion/performance of a contract), Art. 5/2-(ç)
(legal obligation) and Art. 5/2-(f) (legitimate interest).
Transfer
So that your request can reach us, your data is processed through our website hosting
(Vercel Inc.) and email delivery (Resend, Inc.) infrastructure providers. As these
providers' servers may be located abroad, your data is in this respect
transferred abroad. It may also be transferred to legally authorised
public authorities where required by law. Beyond this, it is not shared with third
parties and is not used for marketing.
Retention
Your request is forwarded to the relevant unit by email; any file you upload is not
kept in separate storage. Your data is retained for as long as the purpose requires
and the law prescribes, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to access your data, request its
correction or deletion, and object to processing. You can send your requests to
akpro@akpromuhendislik.com.tr.
The processing of your request is based on the legal grounds under KVKK Art. 5/2;
therefore your explicit consent is not separately required. The confirmation below is
only a declaration that you have read this notice and been informed.
